ATTENTION past & present victims of Malc Stone's treachery:
Since Mr. Stone confessed that he is a "government informant" and "with the government" (and he did to me. Affidavit soon being delivered to a couple of agencies and lawyers) isn't it incumbent upon him to disclose such to that other place and to each board he is posting on? Surely, it should be. IR representatives or officers/affiliates of a corporation must disclose such if they are posting. This as per their TOU. You would think that if an informant who is so well connected with the government that he is permitted to arbitrarily disclose his identity to a consultant of a corporation that he continues to harass, that over yonder would require him to disclose that this is what he is doing as he stalks and attacks as many companies as he sees fit.
It's apparent that shorter's aren't required to disclose such. But brazen government informants that make their identities known on a whim...surely there has to be something written in a Code of Conduct or TOU somewhere that dictates he disclose.
