Others here would know more about Michelle than I- Mach, #1, mistevel(sp?) etc
what bashers who emphasize the departures of people dont explain is the dynamic environment of the board
Dr Faro left for a year because his University required their people to eliminate corporate associations -and when Dr Faro went to another institution that didnt have such rules he came back-so this is just an example of reasons for coming and going
Dr Faro and Gwen etc only came on board in 2011
I cant find it right now w little time but others could where i saw either in a PR or website where Michele was introduced -and not that long ago-she had not been w NNLX very long- so that dynamic history needs to be considered in evaluating departures
as long ago as 2011 NNLX was noting they were beginning to transition from an exploration model to a producing model
the flood of NNLX patents and approvals and distribution agreements over the past 2 years confirm this -so Michelle and Gwens services (at least on a continual basis) are not as required as they were
Again Michele had not been w NNLX very long- I never saw her listed on the scientific advisory board -before NNLX she was a bartender as per her linkedin so she didnt have the same amount of science background the scientific advisory board members had-her emphasis from her linkedin was the clean room environment-a skill apparently transferred to somebody else now
somebody can search for the PR etc that introduces her-only 1-3 years ago? I will have to check the pr re hanks intro-she may have been mentioned in that PR

So despite bashers intimation that the departures of michelle and Gwen (from a contractual board position) somehow signal a death knell, the sum of the co is greater than its revolving parts
Sometime after they opened the clean room- not too many years ago-they apparently felt a need for somebody to specialize in that aspect of the lab etc
