NTEK is no where near that number of shares and will never need to be. SIRI had billions in NOL(net operating losses) during start up AND piled up huge debt battling XM. Thus, in order to raise cha ching, they diluted. Not needed with NTEK. SIRI market cap is now over 21 billion dollars. They went from a low of .05 cents in 2009 to over $3 pps in 2012 and nearly $4 pps today. Remember, that was with 5.5 billion shares, not an easy feat. NTEK has the potential to surpass the SIRI's pps of $3+ faster than SIRI did it. Everything is falling into place. Longs who have held and accumulated for two plus years, change your mindset right now, you just took a position today. Plan on holding and accumulating over these next few months and BOOM! NTEK is trading at a buck.
Details on the Sony deal, etal are crucial. If when the deal unfolds and NTEK gets deep into their film catalog with world wide distribution rights, game over baby, game over!
Crunch some numbers for yourself and see. One more thing, SIRI is north America only, NTEK is global! Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
DISCLOSURE: I no longer own SIRI. I use it to compare to NTEK because of their very strong similarities.
