1. Market Cap at .075 is approx 11m
2. Company is doing 20m to 30m a year vey cheap
3. SCRC now went from 7 states to 14 at Main Ave Clifton twice as many opportunities to do business.
4. On the call of Feb 2nd when PIMD did 110k in revenues it was stated at that level PIMD is profitable.
5. We have heard that we are in the mist of getting another pharmacy so that would be very good.
6. There are no more converts from all the converters other than the 2m at .17 friendly converters it has been said which is a big relief.
7. This is a rumor but the "bully" behind the curtain has stated that there may only be 2 to 3 million shares left of the much talked about .05 cent stock. We have seemn WDCO for a long time so probably not 22m shares left as there were many opportunities at .15 to .22 approx to unload for months with nliquidity which we saw plenty of WDCO.
8. Tomorrow is June 1st so we are probably 1 day closer to seeing the evetuality of the 10k. We are also expecting q1 which was stated by management will be PROFITABLE.
9. More potential investors could flock to scrc as Bob and Jeff present tomorrow. One would think independent of not having a 10k by attending there is likely an INTEREST. It's probable that most potential investors would prefer a 10k but NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THAT SOMEONE MAY ELECT TO BUY BASED ON THE FACT SCRC IS CHEAP. Personally I believe IF WE SEE BUYING IT WILL COME IN 15 TO 25 DAYS THAT IS MY GUT FEELING.
