see the receivables of 118k -by cutting back on R and D,and related wages, costs can be reduced to ca 125k /qtr or less (stock compensation and payment for services via stock doesnt directly cost NNLX anything and is common prior to net income)
120k current assets and if you ignore the account payable to Bret for his ca 59625 loan- against only ca 20k current liabilities - a 6:1 current ratio-which is astounding at this pps- I'm not sure even apple has a 6 CR
R and D ,wages and travel have been some of the big expenses which can be cut back now that R and D has reached its present stage- and thats what they seem to be doing- the common denominator in everything we/ve seen lately is to cut costs
the balance sheet is extraordinarily healthy for this stage of a co prior to net income-and that doesnt happen by accident
its the product of a very cost conscious approach and an unusual determination to avoid toxic financing-these things greatly improve a co's chances of making it to net income and also make it much easier to JV etc without the strangulation of the typically huge debt co's usually have at this stage
i reported from another board previously where bret told somebody revenues were increasing
probably most very low pennies never even achieve revenue- most dont have net income-partly because they are strangled by huge toxic convertibles- one SEC reporting co i got out of had 13 million in convertibles,no revenue- permits not just stalled but retracted by national govt politics-the politician who decided business was evil and had to be stopped ordered agencies to even revoke previously issued permits -but hes not going to stall biotech-they sent 3k troops to africa to deal w ebola
many low pennies never achieve a viable product- NNLX has several- the main question is whether they can break through the inertial resistance of established big boy supply relationships sufficiently or fast enough to achieve net income
