Ielev it's terrific that we will be on the west coast and presenting. If we all remember Bob S had sensational success at his 1st conference in November. It took 10 to 15 days and it was well worth it at 1 point 26m sharesin just 6 weeks .17 to .21 essentially.
Naturally with a 10k it would be better. However making NO PRESENTATIONS IS FAR WORSE. Bob S has a story to tell and if potential investors were entirely focused JUST ON THE 10K THAT CERTAIN PEOPLE ARE HE WOULD HAVE NOONE IN THE CONFERENCE LISTENING TO HIM.
Here is the way I see it playing out. We are sitting at .075 cents or approx a 10m mkt cap that expects to do 20m to 30m in sales with far greater effiencies. We are profitable in q1 and that is a very big accomplishment in this arena. We are one of the few pinks that is PROFITABLE this year. Potential investors MAY NOT BUY RIGHT AWAY WITH OR WOTHOUT A K. Generally they conduct some DD as they did last November. If you remember there was massive buying approx 15 days after the 1st presentation in November in NYC. I believe if the k is filed in the next 45 days or less simply a guess these investors that will attend the conference may be MORE INCLINED TO BUY WHEN THE 10K IS COMPLETE. It is not all for naught as potential investors get to meet Bob and Jeff and size up whta they see. If and when the 10k comes out and they are satisfied I expect to see buying as Bob makes good presentations and he is getting better with each one.
Bottom Line: MY GLASS IS 3/4'S FULL THE WHINER DOESNT HAVE AN OUNCE OF WATER IN HIS GLASS HIS CHOICE. There are 2 types of people negative Nellies or the Guts/tryz/Tuts/Pipe/ etc positive types who finf little nuggests because of their attitude. I( believe when the 10k is filed it WILL BE AN EXCELLENT DECISION TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE. If and when Bob gets 1 buyer he can clean up a fair amount of stock and that will stabilize the stock very nicely.
