Totally agree. In every Chart analysis I have ever seen, heard, read and compiled myself, the word "IF" ALWAYS is used. ie.
If we can break the resistance at ....
If we go below the 50 Day
If we stay above the moving average ......
If the level of support is broken......
If..........
B*llshit, If the compay does what it says it can do and within a respectable time of saying it, it actually happens, then the pps goes up. I don't give a rats @ss what any charter can come up with in the OTC. Been in the pinks way to long to think you can buy or sell with the charts here. MM's and leaked info and insiders who "leak" the info, rule the OTC period. Just find a company you can truly believe in and have done enough DD to invest in and you will have made a solid investment.
NTEK is that company. Just watch and learn folks.
