(a discussion between Truthabout.. and Atlas, but the vigilante doesn't get it...)

If a company releases a PR stating that they have agreements with X, Y, Z, and when the CEO of that company confirms this in a CC and a LSH, black on white, that these agreements will see fruition
Quote:
We will be adding titles from Millennium, IFC and Nu Image this month. We will be making content announcements from studios including Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Lionsgate and Miramax in the coming weeks as well

"this month" being last March, 8 weeks ago, and they keep telling "we are waiting for a signature",
Quote:
But they may have a reason

what reason may they have to do that ? ?
Quote:
They may not be able to discuss Any of the things they are working on.

It's not he things we don't know, it's about the things they have disclosed, but are not followed up the way they announce.
Quote:
The real question is Atlas, do you think it is smart for NTEK to become more transparent?

For me it is, at least for the things they openly disclose. Signatures missing, OK, but why are they still missing after two months ?
They have to keep things under wraps, but what they reveal to be happening in a defined time frame should appear, especially when it's a very short time frame, like two weeks in that LSH.
If you order say a car, and the dealership announces "the car will be delivered in two weeks", but then, nothing, for two months "waiting for a signature". He would go, "well, OK, no problem, I'll wait for the signature, there must be a reason" ?
