Here's the simple solution to raising the pps and a few other thoughts.
1. Forget dilution, it shouldn't be needed at this point. How could it be if we already have over 200 films remastered by our very own 4K Studios and in the cue waiting to be uploaded. NTEK is already generating revenues and profits with what little content we had during Q1.
2. Get those 200+ films uploaded ASAP! Each one is a little seed waiting to germinate and produce dollar trees but every day that passes that they're not uploaded, they're nothing but potential. We already have plenty of that. Hopefully, they're mostly 'A' list films but whatever....get pen to paper and make it happen.
3. Management needs to be more consistent and forthcoming with what they say they're going to do and what actually happens. Before you start bitching, and saying they are forthcoming and consistent re-read post by SpartyOn yesterday afternoon (I think it was him). He posted excellent questions relating to last quarters conference call and shareholder letter. Once again, transparency is key, especially in the OTC! If you say you're going to do xyz then do xyz OR explain why it either isn't going to be done or why the delay. Seems perfectly reasonable.
Remember, as for many of NTEK's management, this isn't their first rodeo, been there done that. They've all been very successful in other multi-billion $$$ companies. So, why does it seem like we're pulling teeth to get clear and concise answers? Beats me, that's why I'm asking.
Regarding IR, Daniel-san can wax on, wax off poetic only so much without authorization. So, either allow him more latitude or answer the questions you all know we have, yourself in a shareholder letter.
As for the bashers, F'em! Why empower a bunch shitheads by constantly talking about them.
