dilution is coming to an end? CEO tells the T/A to go ahead and clear shares
for sale, sure. I doubt the party selling is going to call the CEO up and say, hey
we're done - mainly because the party co-signs those shares to a market maker
and the market maker than sells them into the market. Normally...
And then when filings are submitted, the SEC receives them and reviews them
and Edgar-izes them. Don't think they will be waiting to hear from a third party
about whether or not dilution is done.
I don't know... sketchy past for this CEO and these things do take some time
to happen. Very possible things are just running late again. Disappointed he
said we were getting a PR this week and so far nothing. You'd think he would
want to get some news out there to drive volume and clear up this dilution if that
is what he is waiting for to release filings.
