SADLY, ONE OF THEIR POINTS IS VERY VALID!
I have stated this so many times, in the past, if we can just find a way, to stop having people want cheaper shares, the company will go UP EXTREMELY FAST!
So MANY PEOPLE TRYING TO PICK up CHEAPIES!!! There is NO SUCH THING!
THE STOCK RIGHT NOW IS STILL AN AMAZING BUY BECAUSE IT IS SO CHEAP! But lease read

NTEK has How Many shares? The answer is A Lot more then should/would be issued, if it was not for this Getting Cheapies Strategy! When someone, sells 4 Million shares, to drop it down, to buy 5 Million Shares, the effects are much more then you picking up a free million shares!
Now when a Bunch of People are Doing this, Instead of the Company picking up money for selling their shares (AT A STILL RIDICULOUSLY LOW PRICE), they now have to issue more shares to EVERYBODY in all deals they Make! So Content know Costs More shares, all deals Cost More shares!
So the real question is... are NTEK shares actually down in value? The complete opposite, the Company has Increased and Is worth a TON MORE!
But had People allowed NTEK to Operate like a normal Company, and actually paid a Fair Price, SHORTS would have been crushed, and the PPS would be higher, there would be LESS SHARES AVAILABLE, and They would probably be even buying back more shares or issuing a DIVIDEND, or ACQUIRING MORE CONTENT, for a FAR LESS PRICE!
SO I THINK TRUE LONGS, have Paid a VERY HEAVY PRICE FOR THESE CHEAPIES!
10 Million shares or so now... really would probably only be 1 or 2 Million shares, with a different PPS, and the COMPANY would be SKYROCKETING!
The whole I know NTEK is going to be a certain Price, So I will take as many shares as I can get, is TERRIBLE, NTEK'S growth is affected and that changes the target SHARE PRICEW AND TIMELINE!
MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT NTEK IS A GREAT DEAL NOW!!!!!
The people that are mad bought at 5, or 6 or 10 times Higher! But this time, let's let NTEK rise FAIRLY! My guess is they will BUYBACK 100's of MILLIONS of SHARES if that is done!
NTEK still a great buy and could explode whenever,
