Can you share your insight on the developments from the last shareholder letter in March?
1) Has a new controller been selected yet?
2) Any insights or timelines on getting a CFO on board?
3)The increase in A/S count was used for the following according to the last shareholder letter:
Ability to attract new Key employees and executives
Continuing to meet obligations to the employee stock plan
Continuing to meet contractual obligations
Availability to Secure Future Funding
Availability for New Technology, Product and Company acquisitions
Seeing as though the O/S has been maxed out against the A/S, I would presume we were able to meet some of these goals:
a) Can you expound on if we were able to attract any key executives? (Or was this just for Mark Morris?)
b) Is the employee stock plan complete, or are more shares going to be needed to keep this stock plan open?
c) Were we able to secure Future Funding?
4) We are working on developing several original content products in addition to expanding our current offerings including comedy specials and reality shows.
Will we hear about these comedy specials/reality shows? Is this the Iron Dragon development for "The Next Dragon"? What comedy specials might we see?
5) We have had great success with Vizio and Samsung and are about to launch the product with Sony, Hi-Sense, LG, Sharp and Panasonic.
Any updates on LG, Sharp, Panasonic? What is the hold up here? Are the apps still under development or just waiting for testing/approval. We have heard from all manufacturers except these 3.
6) We are also adding support for many new devices including an OSX version that will be available on the new 5K iMAC at the end of this month, as well as iOS and Google TV devices.
What is in the plans for the 5K iMAC and iOS updates, are these still greenlight?
7) Beginning in Q2 we will be launching Live 4K events including concerts, music festivals and sporting events. Along with our Live streaming events we will be offering our “All Day 4K” channel featuring a 24 hour stream of 4K content.
Are we still on track to launch Live 4K events? Concerts, music fesitivals and sporting events? When can we expect to see them? How about "All Day 4K"
We look forward to even greater participation this June at our annual shareholders meeting which will also be streamed to those that cannot participate on site.
