By clicking the UltraFlix application button.” Hi-Sense is the manufacture of the remote so we cannot confirm that there will be an actual button or not. One click access can mean they simply click the app as well. I can understand why there is some confusion. UltraFlix will be available right away whether it is pre-loaded or needed to be downloaded.
