FORT LAUDERDALE, FL, May 27, 2015 /OTC Markets/ - Drone Services USA, Inc. (OTC: DSUS, the “Company”) is Pleased to Announce:
PVECD is now DSUS! On April 28, 2015 the Company announced that through a FINRA approved corporate action PV Enterprises International, Inc. is now Drone Services USA, Inc.. Having accepted the resignation of former President & CEO Peter Villiotis, who since has been aggressively pursuing his ferry operations while simultaneously assisting the Company with relocating headquarters to Ft. Lauderdale and pursing the maritime industry with its Drone & Thermal Imaging technology, DSUS President & CEO, Joel Bredow states: “This is such an exciting time for the company. Mr. Villiotis’s contributions have been invaluable during these past several weeks while we moved steadily through this transition. Now that we have arrived at the final stages of the corporate action and completing our relocation, we will be able to apply an even greater focus on introducing our technology to this market Mr. Villiotis has a lifetime of experience in.”
On May 18th the Company announced it has entered into a consultancy agreement with former Board member Jeffrey Kendall and his company, JBK Integrated Solutions, as a means to better assist Mr. Kendall with applying his expertise in UAV intelligence, surveillance, & reconnaissance; research and analysis; development of cutting-edge UAV concepts of operations; and government contracting processes.
On May 18th the Company announced after weeks of discussions, it and North American Survival Systems (NASS) have finalized a distributorship agreement between the parties. Moving forward, as one of the Company’s affiliates and through this agreement, the Company will act as a key distributor of NASS’s patented high-intensity LED Strobe Lights.
On May 19th the Company announced that it has entered into an agreement with a manufacturing facility in Texas that operates as an FAA 145 Repair Station to assist in meeting anticipated increased demand of its manufacturing requirements.
In addition to these and many other exciting announcements the company confirms it has retained attorney Simon Kogan to implement raising capital through a Tier 2 Regulation A+ filing for the Company.
The company anticipates many updates in the forthcoming weeks, including making available more specific details on the progress of completing the distribution of the C series shares to all eligible shareholders.
