OK, so, the dates attached to this alleged Skype conversation are in December 2014. In this alleged conversation PV states on 15 December that they require the funds to finalize the filings that week.
The corporate action that completed the R/M with DSUSA was announced in late April 2015.
FACT: It does not take in excess of four months for FINRA to process filings for a corporate action.
FACT: Yes, PV through his counsel, the FORMER counsel for the corporation was considering a R/M with a different company last year. I believe these negotiations began last summer. However, after careful consideration and much due diligence, PV decided NOT to complete the R/M and other associated corporate actions with that company. The introduction to Drone Services was made AFTER that, well into 2015.
IF, and this is a big IF, there is any validity whatsoever to this alleged Skype conversation, ole Steal was trying to get involved in a deal that included his comrade that is presently trying to illegally bilk the present company out of an insane amount of shares. But, PV, nixed the deal after finally realizing that said deal would be a nightmare for shareholders and the company.
DSUSA has nothing, I repeat, nothing to do with this and entered the scene after the fact.
Drone Services USA, Inc. is a real company with a real BOD, a real CEO and a real vision and plan. PV is not a member of the BOD nor is he the CEO.
If anyone wants to do some DD and perhaps get an idea of the company PV was considering, I am sure you will find some public info relating to business ventures former members of the then PVEC are affiliates of.
How's that legal fund coming along there, Steal?
