Read- those company DF mentioned are not in pink market. You do increase shares to 2 billion you will get killed and you will be a bag holder for long time. This is pink environment. No body cares not even SEC. That is why you have seen so many illegal activities in pink regarding MMs and sec turn their face the other way. This is a corrupt system from top government all the way down to little guy.
