Funny...I think the T/A will confirm that there have been no shares issued and that the O/S is as it was many weeks ago...a tick over 50 million.
Boggles the mind how some things work:
A certain poster gets on a certain board and posts how PV is still working behind the scenes (no secret that he is considered an affiliate for 90 days and that the company stated at the onset that it is looking forward to working with PV to assist them in pursuing the maritime industry. I mean, PV does have how many decades experience in this industry. So, why would the/he not look forward to working together to introduce thermal imaging and drone technology to such an industry?). Anyhoo, this poster alleges that 400 million shares (roughly) are soon to be dumped into the market because, well, after all (according to him) PV is running this and he is a dilution machine. Which I find quite amusing since, as stated, it can be confirmed that the A/S increase has not been touched thereby making the O/S still only 50 milly and a tick or two.
So this poster is going on and on about 400 million shares soon to be dumped into the market. Wherever would these shares come from since none have been issued? He started this trash last week and could give no explanation. No concrete proof. No legitimate, tangible evidence of his ridiculous proclamation.
But then it is revealed that this poster has been communicating with the same person that included his name on a certain lawsuit when this certain person was paid for certain shares that he did not rightfully own. So what did this certain person do (not the idiot that spews his nonsense mind you) today? He attempted to bully the company into issuing a mind blowing amount of shares based on an agreement and very paltry debt that has little merit if, any at all.
Funny how that works...how crooks work together to fleece who they believe are the unsuspecting gulls.
Idiot poster and unscrupulous "financiers", you're gonna have to do better than that.
This company is not diluting. Didn't last week. Didn't today. Won't tomorrow.
