PSGR...The ASK has returned to $0.15/share. The most recent buy was at $0.09 for 2,000 shares. MY OPINION: The increase in share sell price is encouraging but the volume is minimal. A smart buy for the individual who is accumulating shares. Ideally the price increase for shares will continue AND the volume will dramatically rise. Once the 50K/100K buys become common place, the share price should see good incremental gains (fractions of one cent each buy) that continue to edge to a consistent buying trend of full cent transfers per share. PATIENCE
