They could list an assignee if they wanted to but no requirement to do do even if there's an assignee
even though some patents do list an assignee, that's something that would be dealt with via a separate contract between the inventors and an assignee
its just not the providence- not material- to the patent itself- so not the prime subject matter of the patent-which is merely to note the inventors and describe the invention
in dealing with a public company like NNLX -some of the considerations in such separate contract would be -analogous to land rights- would the assignation run with the company- e.g., what would happen if a hostile takeover (I don't remember offhand- is there a poison pill in place?) or a buyout or a JV or a merger etc
