I appreciate any feedback positive or negative, but please understand that in the interim between press releases we can only disclose so much, including the company. We understand all of your concerns and will do our best to address them when we are able to. "Pressuring" the company does not help myself or management for things we are unable to disclose. If there is a delay with target dates and delays out of our control we are not going to issue a PR stating a delay. Also, for delays in where we expect communication from management, understand there are events going on behind the scenes dictating this. ie.(you will not see a shareholder letter stating a delay in the shareholder letter)
No one is happy about the share price, but am confident the price will correct with the developments and execution of the business. When investors start to see the revenue UltraFlix generates, we will get an influx of investors and buying.
We all know what the company has accomplished so far so I will not list all of this here, but let me please state what I have recently emailed to some.
"The large contracts take time and cannot be released until an announcement is made. The content and acquisitions are key and cannot stress enough the importance this will have on the future. The shares that have been issued are for exactly that and will bring back value tenfold to investors. Management absolutely values their shareholders and have been extremely busy with all the developments. You have a very talented management team and technology experts that are doing their best to secure the products that will yield huge revenues. Their time has to be prioritized and sometimes this can cause delays in other areas, but most of the delays have been out of their hands. The company is in the technology space as well as the movie content industry that unfortunately come with delays, which is common. NanoTech is competing with giants in the industry and succeeding in making their footprint in the 4K space. UltraFlix is gaining brand awareness and is increasing exponentially every day. "
Some may have not invested before or may not have invested in an OTC company and may have false expectations. The company is not "quiet", 3 substantial PRs in the less than 30 days. Public companies issue press releases. If you are looking for information between then, I have always been available and willing to communicate the best I can. Also, I ask to try and communicate professionally with me, as this does not help morale here or at the company, when the success of the company is what will translate into value for shareholders.
Thank you to all long investors and I too share everyone's frustration with the share price. My firm and the company have the same vested interest in seeing all of our investments come to fruition. I understand it can be difficult to see the market valuation here for as long as it has, but when we look at the accomplishments and success the company is having, this should signify massive revenue ahead, which is exactly what the market should trade on. This may take longer for the turn around than investors expect, but if they continue to stick with the company they will be rewarded.
