I totally agree that dilution is a valuable tool to grow the business, but what I don't understand is how audits don't come before the dilution. If the company sees themselves as not being appropriately valued by the market, wouldn't it make sense to do the audits then dilute? Unless the company sees the PPS being an accurate valuation...
