In that vein, I am hoping they give us 20c per Series C and we can use it to buy DSUS shares at a penny.
In reality, I have my doubts about reaching 20c in the next few weeks. I see the path as follows:
(1) CERT Announcement before symbol change - This will be to mask the effects in the false symbol and will minimize long term effects on pps once the symbol changes. This may or may not happen before all shares become free trading.
(2) FREE TRADE SHARES - Remaining brokers release shares causing a brief pull back in the pps.
(3) SYMBOL CHANGE - Once the symbol changes, we will be on new footing and will be able to distance ourselves from the PVEC days. This will mark point when any news flash will have strong impact on pps.
(4) PR Campaign - This will have some positive impact on the pps, but, we will likely bounce under 10c while we wait for financials of the new company. A big plus would be if they are GAAP compliant and are submitted through EDGAR. Maybe even a clean up of the CUSIP for good measure.
(5) Then, massive movement and PR campaign.
After Item 4 and during item 5 we will go through 20c and we will likely see an uplist. Once that happens, then the past will truly be in the past. I see this happening towards the end of the summer. The next jump to QX or QX premier will not happen until late next spring. We will need a strong 10K and all the Qs to support it.
