Your frustration regarding the company actions are totally valid. We desperately need a full-time CEO to guide whatever is left of this mess. But I'm still not certain Cruz told an outright lie. I remember an issue in early April when it was rumored that Amazon removed products that used the phrase "CBD Oil", but not those using the phrase "Hemp Oil". I found this link.

I have no clue if the article is true, or a PR, or if Amazon actually changed their policy but looking at Amazon I can easily find "Hemp Oil" but I do not find any entries that used the exact phrase "CDB Oil" in the product title. Maybe this is what Cruz is referring to. The closest thing I could find was "CDB-Rich Hemp Oil". Seems like a technicality but maybe an end around that other smart companies adopted immediately. I only searched a few pages but ask for "CBD Oil" specifically. Look carefully and you will not find "CDB Oil" in the product title even though you see it on the label in the pictures. Even calls to Amazon's Service Center have come back with conflicting results on whether the phrase "CDB Oil" is on their ban list. One said no, while another said they didn't know. To be clear, we are talking about the how the product is titled by using the phrase "CDB Oil" specifically. Not whether or not CDB is part of the product title or on the label.
When I first saw this article I wondered if simply changing the product description would fix the issue. It appeared that other companies did just that. I sure hope Cruz isn't lying about it. Missing self imposed deadlines is one thing - knowingly lying is quite another.
But like you I'm fed up with lack of effort especially when we had so much going for us.
