Good morning, shareholders,
Since email and PM's are already coming in, let's go ahead and get this out in the open...let's address the idiocy that is Malcolm Stone of Conway, Arkansas this beautiful Thursday morning:
It is no secret that Jason and I worked for months and months for pretty much next to nothing. It is no secret to many of you that, just by our communications with shareholders for many months, at all hours of the day and night, seven days a week, both of us worked well beyond what is considered the typical 40 hour work week. For months I worked upwards of 80 hours a week on everything from IR to legal to investigating the stock suppression to recovering shares for deposit to the treasury, to the C series, ihell lies, partnerships, etc., etc., and so for almost no compensation.
Mr. Stone has NO CLUE what I have put into this company. Not the former PVEC or DSUSA. And since I introduced DSUSA to PV, I have received NOT A PENNY for all of my work. Again, of which you have no clue.
As was the case when I worked for PV, of paramount importance to me is that the shareholders are protected and that you finally see something tangible for your investment and patience. That is not to say I wish to work for free forever as I DO NOT. I have a family just like most of you. Yes, I would like to be compensated for ALL OF MY HARD WORK just as Jason would like to be compensated for his.
My shares were subject to the 260 RS just as everyone else's. Furthermore, I have not sold A SINGLE SHARE. Not one. And I have no plans to put any pressure on the stock. I don't operate like that and many of you know that, I have no doubt.
Mr. Stone, you need to focus less on posting your vitriol on ihub and more on your legal fund. You really are going to need it. Don't think for one moment because you've not heard anything yet from a number of us that you won't.
