Color me stupid, but I cannot fathom why there cannot be a subpoena of records that would align alias(s) with IP addresses, etc. even to the extent of confiscating hardware. Sure, this might not be a murder trial, but there certainly have been a lot of lives that have been affected by these deliberate injurious unconscionable actions. JMO. $TECO
