13. Pursuant to this agreement, Brescia wired payment for Lester Einhaus’s shares
on October 18, 2013 (on which date the closing price of PVEC shares was $0.0013), and
wired payment for Tina Einhaus’s shares on November 14, 2013 (on which date the
closing price of PVEC shares was $0.0016).



It is quite an interesting case. Sheds a lot of light on things imo.
