I have some connections in the federal system and they have guided me in the right direction. Neither of them could find anything regarding Matt or Baron, but they gave me the email addresses of some people who could "officially" confirm or deny MVP's statements. I expect it will take some time, but as soon as I receive conformation I will post it here and I would appreciate it if someone would post it on ISLUT for me. They will be official emails from FINRA and the SEC and this should put another nail in that pricks coffin!
