Seems more likely to me to be an error than anything else. This isn't exactly small news for both companies. Sony would want consumers to know and NTEK would obviously want consumers and investors to know. They would clearly lay out the terms of the agreement and what people could expect, not an oh by the way Sony's Ultraflix video library exists.
