i try to make it very clear
one set of colluders in place since day 1 (2009)
isn't gonna roll over and play dead .. they will continue
until (as i've previously noted) they are forced otherwise
that is *monies* in P2O's coffers (buyer/s to seller)
at this stage of P2O's *transition* it is a material event and will be 8k'd
original colluders ... 2009 to today .. have a problem 3x over
first is they they haven't gotten anyone of significance to sell in a dog's age
they might have .. if 50 P2O *investors* of significance weren't aware of OBG early last summer
so they are *reduced* to resetting via compression down (i.e. wash trading) and losing *shares* at each and every round
second issue they face are material events filed by P2O .. imo LOI or DA
re: 2nd buyer can be filed by RH at any point in time (imo 2nd buyer is why
we saw ACC reiterated by RH on 2.23.15) that was 3 months ago
contrary to what the crew *posts* >> there .. there have been onsite meetings @ NF
and i know for a fact one investor actually had an onsite meeting within the last 2 months
so next material event filed >> impacts MOMO imo >> greed is a funny thing
especially on a site that is so used to *utilizing* every resource available
MOMO will not let a little thing like a *crew* there .. upside DOWN .. get in
the way of their *greed* .. MOMO will put pressure on their *problem*
imo original crew's *problem* is measured @ sub 20c ..
which brings me to the 3rd issue in place *imo*
*offshore entity* .. CONnected to aromatics (certain whales) who entered P2O in May 2012
and promptly set about trying to *capture P2O's IP as cheaply as possible*
it was noted by me contemporaneously 3x in 2012 .. once was when *threshold
was triggered for the 2nd time (10 days) in June 2012 .. earlier i was able to
prove courtesy of *filings* re: Glikbarg Trust about daily reg sho %s *correlating* to legit buys ..
and then the 3rd time in Sept 2012 (post AGM) when it was crystal clear (at least to me)
that *overlap* was in play via all colluding entities >> re: shorting PTOI
and so it would go .. unchecked till dolts settlement in Jan 2013 (also called run stopped @ 1.49 in RT)
so that brings us to mid Aug 2013 .. and RH's lack of a honeymoon which can
be measured @ the price range of 30c to 40c
so if MOMO puts pressure on original *crew* that works ihub 24/7/365
and original crew puts pressure on certain aromatics .. in place since 2012
guess what legit buyers and monies transferred (i've used $30M between first
2 buyers in 2015) translates to .. with indy BoD seated and voted upon
at this year's AGM .. RH kindly offered up a hint with that *late summer* comment
zero doubts it's all coming to a head .. this year
if RH seats an indy BoD .. i see uplisting out of the OTC cesspool (sans R/S)
in 2016
they will not >> NOT DO >> a partially laddered cover UP on PTOI with indy BoD seated
been there b4 >> FRPT >> Dec 2005 to Jan 18th, 2007 ..
and that OTC stock had a R/S .. approx 765M to 63M (approx) with corresponding
12 month *reset* upward fromm approx 50c to 28.00
PTOI .. will imo actually have a F/S within 12 + months of uplisting (2017)
if RH's intent is to uplist
