Mr. StealofaDeal, if there was any legitimacy at all to your incessant claims made by way of the public forums or email or phone call, why have you not sued Peter? Why, as per your own public admission, have you waited seven months after the so-called note matured to submit it for honoring? Why did you wait until after it was announced by DSUSA that Peter has resigned to concoct your claim and submit to them a demand for payment on a note that was eligible for redemption seven months prior?
If there was any legitimacy to your claim and you see Peter as such a crook, why didn't you toddle on down to your local courthouse and file for a default judgment against Peter & the company? Or, why didn't you find yourself an attorney and drag him into court in your home state? Surely, with all the money you claim to make on the stocks you so eagerly post about you could afford the paltry sum required to hire counsel to sue him for what is rightfully yours?
If there is any legitimacy to your claim, why weren't you vocal about this for the seven months leading up to this point? Why didn't you attempt to have this satisfied months ago? You give the impression that you have some special relationship with the TA since you post that he tells you information that he tells no one else (like Peter and I are calling the shots) surely he would have told you that until shortly before the completion of the merger there were shares available that could be issued you for this debt. So why didn't you make your claim before?
SINCE YOU ARE SO OWED THIS MONEY AND ARE SO INDIGNANT ABOUT NOT BEING PAID, WHY DID YOU WAIT SEVEN MONTHS TO TRY TO CASH IN???
Because there is no legitimacy to anything you claim! None. Nor is there any truth to what you continue to spew.
Whatever arrangements (if any) you made with Peter on a personal level is between you and Peter. Whatever you may have thought you were orchestrating on the down low that would ultimately allow you to take complete advantage of not only PV but the shareholders, too, that is on YOU! And that is between YOU and Peter. Not about DSUSA that you have mercilessly accused of being nonexistent or corrupt. You have incessantly attacked a group of men and women operating a legitimate company working tirelessly to build something extraordinary for many a soul, some of which risked their lives serving this country so that low-life's like you can maintain their freedoms as you sit safely behind a keyboard and engage in action that sucks the very life out of anything you come across if you so choose.
There is absolutely nothing present to suggest this company is indebted to you for anything.
I didn't pick this fight nor did the DSUSA. That was all you. But I can assure you, if I have to pull screenshots, Skype messages, email, text and voice recordings from every crack or crevice you have slithered from since 2013 and provide as evidence to help see it finished, I will.
