I seem to remember that NTEK is able to stream at

I seem to remember that NTEK is able to stream at as low a bit rate as 4mbps. Wouldn't that mean that UF can offer a lot more folks streaming service than NetFlix who seems to be limited to systems that can stream at 25mbps?
