1.  Greg Evans is not part of this company.

2.  He does own the Hi-Tech Name which was released to him as per our contract as soon as MIHL changed the name to MIHL.  Therefore, he is perfectly within his rights to link his facebook page to Hi-Tech Crime since it is his name and he probably formed a new entity with this name.  Again the current Hi-Tech and MIHL have nothing to do with each other.

3.  The 4M shares listed under Hi-Tech - I spoke with the transfer agent and it was explained to me that those share will not be booked in the name of MIHL since they represent the shares that the owners did not convert and claim after the reverse split.  Basically people who have certificates in the old HI-Tech prior to the reverse split may claim the shares of MIHL and those 4M shares represent the non coverted share reserve.

4.  Again a fake post as to Nikolai Nikolov - he was not and I repeat not invited to participate in MIHL since he is busy working for ROSNI in Bulgaria.  Only Yossi Harel had joined MIHL from ROSNI.  No one else joind the company management team.
