as shares have gone to acquire tech. content. ntek has grown stronger. much like ntgl/hveld has. with recent senate bill passing (their tech. patents.) no doubt. shorts don't face this often. company that uses shares to build stronger business (not enrich themselves)
as ultraflix. ntgl patents and licensing get underway. as the holidays approach. both company's visibility improves immensely. stronger than ever
great for shareholders. bad. terrible news for shorts. let them drink their "dilution" kool-aid. ntek is deploying funds wisely. building their businesses. shareholders are fortunate. price is recovering. and more buying will enter the fray. with each passing month. especially as visibility increases (with both companies)

2016 has epic windfall written all over it. we'll see (can't wait)
