Purchased by whom? Sorry but David Foley is the only person in a position to sell one million shares and I refuse to believe he would sell for a penny what will soon be worth multiple times more. If it had been a legit buy it would have shown up on the FINRA short report and it did not, therefore I believe it was a wash sale used to simulate volume and walk down the price. Go HVELD!!!
