On March 24, 2015, the Company also filed a Certificate of Change in order to conduct a 10-for-1 forward split of it issued and outstanding Common Stock. The Company filed a Notification of Issuer Corporate Action with FINRA concerning the name change and the forward split which was approved on April 23, 2015. The Company requested a new ticker symbol which was approved as “NTGL” and will become effective on or about May 23, 2015.
