Dear Shareholders,
Its been a while since we last talked. The Tytan International Inc bankruptcy is completed. The personal bankruptcy is still lingering on due to the efforts of a few, that have self serving interests. I started the "Mailbag" in order to address the most popular questions that Stockholders had. So I will address a few questions or subjects that come up.
a) In the Personal Bankruptcy
FDIC has dropped all wrong doing charges on Mark Leonard. http://issuu.com/tytantiller/docs/dismissdeclaration/1 This was largely because the FDIC had been led down many dead end roads (leads or accusations), that were supplied by the very persons who have lots to worry about, in an effort to divert finger pointing away from them . The old Korean saying is true here. "One finger pointing at others, while three back at you." It is now catching up with them.
Tytan supplied copies of every check that went through Tytan Bank accounts, to the FDIC. The 504 monies are required to be paid to Tytan. Every penny that went through Tytan's accounts were accounted for. All of the money received & generated by 504 stock sales, that was paid to Tytan Holdings or International Inc, was spent for the benefit of Tytan. By law, thats where the money has to go. I had a monthly income/rent due me each month. I never asked to be compensated for even HALF of what was due me.
2) There was a mention of Mark doing a "plea out". Couldnt be farther from the truth. Truth always prevails. Just reread the dismissal order above. Everything was supplied. Nothing was found. Check copies do not lie and nor do the category expenditures.
3) There has been mention that Mark had NOT disclosed 4 Nevada Corporations in the Bankruptcy. That is totally false, like everything else these guys say ! I had 4 corporations that I purchased over 10 years ago. They had little, to no activity. Only one was used as our Import Bonding entity, the Truper Corp. A minimal fee was paid to the Truper Corp to cover some costs. It made about $100 per transaction. The other three corps, I was going to just let go, because of the growth of the annual fees for the Corps. I had offered one, to each of my two daughters.
4) For any of you that want to know if there were any unaccounted stock sales that took place, just turn these pages slowly. You will see that we were not in the loop at Transfer Online. That was their plan by design, to hide everything from Mark & Saskia. You will also see the Officer's certificiate was signed by ??? as CEO ? Its not me and was not approved by me. ! There is more...

5) Lastly, I just wanted to point out to all of you Shareholders, exactly the Stock manipulation plan that one man has had all the way from start to finish.
