I'm just wondering why there's no picture of Joel

I'm just wondering why there's no picture of Joel in the MNGG website or videos identifying him as the CEO. Just curious or anyone has the picture/photo of our CEO?
When Joel took over MNGG last year and lots of posts/comments thrown at him in a negative way I posted several questions at Joel if he has a personal enemy, business competitor that wants him to fail and categorically said NO. I also advised him not to post anything regarding updates/PR's saying this and that if the project is still ongoing not to speculate gold production, income this and that, promising this and that, then nothing has been materialized.
I hope this time staying quiet but working hard to get things done to the satisfaction of all shareholders is absolutely the right way to go but however we don't really know what to expect of this since many times Joel has failed most of his calculations promising this and that. Maybe once and for all HE HAS TO COME CLEAN and state the facts.
