No way. We would have seen something released to the effect that they had an auditor. Last PR an accountant was being considered. Why they need the extra time for a fairly simple filing is anyone's guess and anyone can and will spin it negative if the opportunity exists. Another ball dropper for Cruz.
Now, if they are audited and they didn't tell us in a release, we'll be back at .01 in a flash, IMO.
