Though I don't recommend it, because the TA is busy enough I have no doubt, anyone can call the TA and confirm that the corporate officers of the company, those authorized to release any shares or take any action on behalf of DSUSA, are the CEO and the corporate secretary. Peter is neither. Nor am I. The ONLY people that can instruct the transfer agent with regard to DSUSA distribution are the authorized corporate members and counsel. That is the case for ALL companies.
The debt he keeps referring to is in the name of Peter or PV Enterprises, Inc. THE FLORIDA CORPORATION. NOT THE NEVADA CORPORATION PKA PV Enterprises International, Inc. NKA Drone Services USA., Inc. A simple search of court records or viewing the plethora of documents already published by certain individuals elsewhere clearly show this.
Other than that, what is he referring to? Bogus promissory notes?
Oh, the TA could confirm, too, that the OS hasn't changed either. Sorry, no dilution machine here. Well, not sorry for actual shareholders...
One more thing: I am behind getting the email completed. This is partially due to the technical issues I was having that caused me to get way behind. But, this is also due to the obvious campaign to destroy that Steal and a few others are on as their actions have caused me to be buried under a mountain of paperwork that the SEC counsel and I are working on on behalf of the company. There is nothing like having to stop working on productive matters to deal with BS caused by people with nothing but ill intent. My apologies...I will get caught up.
But we soldier on. Is going to be fun when all is said and done and a few people find themselves slapped with major lawsuits.
