Nastas, a director of the Dan T. Moore Company and President of a group of its automotive and advanced materials operating companies. The Board also has appointed Mr. Monaghan as Chairman. As a result, Dr. C. Martin Harris, who had been serving as Interim Chairman, will return to his role as independent Lead Director.
