To BRGO Shareholders:
Management would like to update our shareholders regarding Bergio International's current operations and growth strategy. The Company has a promising outlook for its Q1 financials based on preliminary figures and expects to file them within the next week.
First and foremost, we would like to highlight our new Bergio Argento Collection, a line of silver jewelry that will greatly help expand our brand's footprint because of the tremendous quality and affordability of its pieces. In fact, Bergio International has recently sent proposals to two duty free business operators in the Americas to distribute its line of fine silver jewelry at several of their locations. The Company is confident that, based on our proposals, we will be invited to send test orders of select pieces from the collection to specific duty free locations, which is the next step in the product evaluation process.
These proposals stemmed from Bergio having a successful presentation of our Argento Collection at the recent International Association of Airport Duty Free Stores (IAADFS) in Orlando and we expect this success to continue with our upcoming trade show.
Bergio International is excited to announce that the Company will attend the JCK Las Vegas as an exhibitor from May 29th to June 1st, 2015 at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino. Bergio will present its jewelry collections at the exclusive Prestige Promenade, described as a "stunning selection of pieces from the exclusive Prestige group of designers." Management is in the process of securing meetings with leading department stores including Bloomingdales and Nordstrom to discuss the distribution of our Argento Collection in their retail outlets throughout the nation.
We would also like to inform our shareholders that Bergio is still pursuing the two acquisitions that we recently announced of Robert Fisher Co. and Zalemark Holding and one is close to being finalized. Management expects to report positive updates in the near future regarding these acquisitions and new opportunities to expand our distribution channels for Bergio's fine jewelry collections.
