Top of the evening to all - boy has today been a dooooooooozy!!!!!!
I have to say that I am utterly appalled at the drama that continues from our friends over at Old Mother HUBbards!!!! Good Lord! Apparently some of them folks must be running low on cash for rent or something cause they are putting in some overtime today!!!
Be that as it may, I would like to give the truth about T-Trades and so forth with regards to the trading today... cause as I read an intelligent post over there - "isn't dilution usually sold into the bid" or something to that effect... I have never heard of someone diluting into the ask! That's rich!!!
By the by - OTC allows after hour trades... has since 2009...

Take a look - I don't have the time or the brain power to try and get the trade posting table required by FINRA posted into this message so I would assume that everyone could "click the link".
Just for the record - the A/S and O/S are updated on the website daily - that date doesn't automatically change - it's a manual thing... DSUSA is out to the be best company it can in every way it can. (By the way, don't believe the hype, the company will take care of proving that itself)

That folks is entirely up to the company - when they see fit, in their time, and due course. Madame Kerry is working fingers to the bone to get things done as fast as kerryumanly possible (yes, I just made that up!)

Looks as though the technicals are looking good as well, or so says barchart... I for one would love to see Cramer get ahold of this when all is said and done...

Peter's (Peter the pirate - thanks for that Elvis, cracks me up every time I read it) GONE, PV Enterprises International, GONE, not quite sure what's going to make folks get that through their heads....
I guess when the fins are released by the company, that will be an elaborate ruse or bait to sell shares too - LOLOLOLOL speaking of, anyone notice that the O/S hasn't changed??? WTH??? - must be "DIET DILUTION"!!!!! Not saying that it won't, just that it hasn't. There are many different things that need to happen - the company was VERY up front about this when the A/S was raised out the gate - and for good cause - do it once and DONE... just for the record, current O/S of some VERY LARGE companies:
Apple 5.8 BILLION
Microsoft 8.11 BILLION
Cisco 5.1 BILLION
You get the point - so... when all these boys started... just like DSUSA at the entry point and moving up!
Thus ends the lesson for the day kiddies!!! LOL
Just kidding, I have a great respect for everyone involved with DSUSA, from the BOD, to the Consultants, and especially to the Shareholders - with you all - well... we know what that would mean!
