Good morning, everyone,
Thank all of you for the thoughtful Mother's Day wishes...I discovered such early this morning and very much appreciate them!
I attempted to send a mass email to shareholders last night and again this morning. For some inane reason it appears most if not all servers are rejecting this particular email. We can successfully send individual email and respond to email received. However, some little technical troll is preventing a mass attempt. It will be a couple of hours before my IT guru will be able to address this issue. Once he has and the little troll has been exterminated, we will get the email sent. In the interim, below is the content. We will have the website updated with this information sometime today as well.

Good morning, PVECD Shareholders,
If you are receiving this email it means we have successfully integrated your email contact information from the former PVEC IR email to the now PVECD and your contact information as a shareholder has been duly confirmed.
As has been noted on the Drone Services USA, Inc. website (www.dsusa.us), this email is to confirm that the company intends to honor the former PVEC Series C distribution. All eligible shareholders of record will have an opportunity to redeem their Series C shares in the future.
There are still quite a number of matters to be tackled as the company continues through this transition period. I assure you, however, finalizing the distribution and solidifying redemption options for each and every eligible shareholder is of utmost importance.
Either DSUSA IR personnel or myself will be in contact with each and every one of you regarding this matter, with further instruction, in the ensuing weeks.
The DSUS ticker symbol should go into effect on or about 26 May 2015 as this will mark the end of FINRA's compulsory 20 business day waiting period post recent corporate actions. There is nothing unusual whatsoever about this action and is applicable for any company having taken the same actions as the former PVEC.
