I've followed every rule and have had numerous, numerous posts deleted because I've challenged the premise of the one making blatantly false statements, false implications and outright lies. In the cases I am talking about I never said they were lying. They selectively choose when to apply their TOU rules and that's a fact. It's a racket. But I agree with what you said too, it depends on who the moderators are whether or not the rules are applied fairly, in PVECDs case it is not often.
