CEL is the largest Israeli cellular provider; Cellcom Israel provides its approximately 2.967 million subscribers (as at December 31, 2014). which is about 35% market share. In 2012 competition drained this company of profits. They had been giving 7.2% div when I first picked them up. Its now zip.
This is a struggling company but in a very dynamic and tech oriented economy.
If they can pivot they could grow, but if they remain a cell company they are in a race to the bottom as margins are driven out by competition.
I have hung in there, despite the substantial losses to date. If I hear noise about a pivot I will double down... and if not I will take my loss and write it off.
