If Matt hasn't sold BCAPs share in WOGI, according to WOGI's quarterly report: http://www.otcmarkets.com/financialReportView...;id=137683
On October 13, 2014 the Company issued 15,000,000 shares of its common stock to Baron Capital in exchange for a reduction of $15,000 of its principal and an agreement to freeze the interest from accruing for 6 months from
November 6, 2014.
For the non math people, that means WOGI needs to hit $.001 to get its $15,000. (Currently $.0059). Matt could be riding the future success of WOGI to help Baron.
That is just my guess.
