Thanks for the notes.
On number one, I do know the share structure was a great deal lower before Joel took over the company. The shares were issued to help fund the company and pay down the vast majority of the debt. Outstanding shares reached a max and are on the way down as you stated.
One other note I remember was a 1 Billion share note in the amount of $100k was bought back not long ago and that kept those shares from going to market.
CEO posted not long ago that news was coming. Looking forward to it.
