Permission to come aboard...lol...
We have to figure 6 to 8 weeks for FAA aproval. The Baltia letter and the Senator's inquiry got things rolling again, but there are still steps and hurdles. Personally I have plenty of time.....just difficult for Baltia to keep stretching it out. Here's the problem: with the pps soooo low, it is very difficult to obtain financing, and between salaries and insurance and rent...we have bills to pay. When the pps is at 2.5 cents, and Baltia can only give RESTRICTED shares through private placement, what can Baltia charge per share? They are only authorized another 200 million shares (or less)...private placement shares have to be well below market price to entice investor's to take restricted shares....and that is, at this point, giving it away....but no one will pay any more than that with our open market, unrestricted shares at .025.
Ok...that's a potential 2 million dollars....and that will get us through another 6 months...enough time for the FAA to make their decision (which we are hoping will be positive this time around....which it really should be)....but.....it is further dilution of our shares.........
I will tell you this much....Barry is working extra hard and becoming very creative in his attempts to keep the cash flowing. I know he is working on different things, but without FAA approval it is ........A TOUGH SELL. No guarantees....high risk.....difficult to get new investor's involved.
That being said....if there is no other option to raise capital except to practically give those restricted shares away and further dilute ....then that is what will have to be done. What is the alternative? We are in the home stretch....better to further dilute than to finally get FAA approval and not have an airline around to make use of it.
Rest assured....Barry will hold out as long as he can. And, if something raises the pps...then his job of financing the company becomes that much easier.
Rough road ahead...choppy waters....but Baltia has survived 22 years of this...what is another few months?......
