PPS only matters if GRCU plans to raise capitol by issuing shares from the AS and diluting the OS. The higher the PPS the less dilution that needs to take place. I don't believe that is what Cruz has in mind. Capitol will come from other areas so the PPS has nothing to do with whether the business survives or not. If the BOD and David O. want the business to survive then they will fund it as it has been funded in the past and with any ongoing revenues albeit slowly.
