That must be the 4th time that has been posted here...what is your point ? We are ALL aware of the requirements ? No IPO out the gate to meet them....we do it on our own ? Is that the point ? It won't take long with Audit and Global PR's...maybe a week or a day...that is my bet....aint no shares. $$ DUTV $$
